I drove up to San Francisco to drop off some Faction records, and these were sitting in the receiver's area. I recall from various Misfits history sites various recollections of a quick short run to get records out before the first Samhain west coast tour, and apparently these marble ones were made then, but only about 50 or 60 (some sources have a different number)./pbr /pSmall blemish on jacket next to where Steve Zing signed it when they crashed at my house after the Santa Cruz gig./pbr /pThis copy is the better looking of my two (the other is primarily white), and the best one I've ever seen. It has never been in a store, and I've always kept it in the plastic sleeve. There is light surface noise, and I played through a song gap in the video so you can crank up your listening device and hear the normal crackle of surface noise. I also hear a small surface noise low "pulse" type sound just as the song Initium begins, maybe from needle drops over the years or maybe an evil heartbeat, but you really have to have it cranked and it goes away just as the song starts. /ppNo seam splits or tears, just the minor creases of time ... it's BEAUTIFUL!! As I get older I realize I need to learn to part ways with my collection (over 16,000 records) and not burden my kid with figuring it out one day./ppYes, you read that first paragraph right ... if you win this, either you're coming to me in Vegas (at your cost) or I'm coming to you within the 48 continental United States ONLY (at my cost) to deliver this and an affidavit from me with this history.
