It shows moderate wear and tear to jacket including creasing and a seam split as pictured.
No original inner
Disc visually looks VG with a couple of Scratches that are clearly visible but not feelers, I tested the album and it definitely plays a lot better than it looks. I only heard some lite pops over one of the scratches. A very enjoyable listen.
