NOTES: One sided, typed labels. I believe this is a test pressing of the rare 45 titled “Last Inning Sandy Koufax Perfect Game” released by a man named Danny Goodman and sold at Consessions Dodger Stadium. Sandy is my all-time favorite player, I got his autograph at Dodger Stadium when I was a kid in the mid-60’s!
