Description
For auction is Three LP compilation of Santana songs with a bright , awesome triple gatefold cover and booklet.
Regarding the items in this triple LP auction:
The booklet - It is basically Mint condition.
The cover - The trifold cover has multiple creases throughout. They are mostly small and expected with age. The worst crease is on the bottom left corner of the front cover. This crease location places the creasing on the bottom right corner of the back cover. When the triple fold cover is open completely, you will see the creasing on the bottom of the right middle inside cover and bottom of the left side of the left side cover.
I know that probably was confusing, so please view the photos as I have documented this concern.
Other than that, the cover and multiple folds are bright and have kept their luster over the years. Very cool artwork and everything you would expect from a Santana compilation. The inside covers are photos of the band at the following concerts:
Left inside cover shows Kezar Stadium 1973 , Altamont 1971.
Middle right inside cover shows Santana performing at Woodstock
Right inside cover shows the band in USSR in 1987 and San Fran in 1987.
Additional cover depending on how you open it shows the band at Shoreline Amp. 1987.
The 3 LP's:
Sides 1 & 2 have multiple hairline marks but no scratches that you can feel VG+
Sides 3 & 4 have some hairline marks and some wear but played fine. VG+
Sides 5 & 6 have some hairline marks similar to the other LP's - VG+
These three LP's have just a few more marks than I would usually offer on EBAY , however this is a rare treat and the covers have so many beautiful displays of art , as well as historical photos, I feel it is worthy of listing. Plus the sound quality is still great.
