This is a rare first cut studio recording. The writer is David Gates.
It is recorded at Regent Studios, NY, NY.
Screen Gems Columbia, Catalogue 296.
It is a one-sided 45RPM on a 10" record.
This is from the year 1967.
The Monkees are singing -even though it is not written on the label.
From what I understand the artist's names are left off on purpose so that the person reviewing the record will be unbiased in their critique of the piece.
I am happy to be able to present this piece of music history for a music connoisseur to add to their collection.
