Description
Savoy Brown - Hellbound Train - original 1972 vinyl LP (Decca TXS 107) with gatefold sleeve with artwork by David Anstey. Inner sleeve records that I bought it in August 1973, probably second hand.
Vinyl looks good ; outside of gatefold cover with Anstey painting is good - some wear to edges and circular mark from record on back; inside of gatefold cover with Anstey cartoon very good but has a few brown marks (see images).
Due to downsizing, I am having, painfully, to part with my extensive vinyl record collection from the 1970-2000 era. My taste is very varied and includes jazz rock, folk rock, blues rock, punk, New Wave, Alternative, New Romantics, World music and some fairly obscure groups. Look out for my other items which I will list over the coming weeks. Most will feature batches of records and will be priced to sell and so there will be bargains to be had.
Whilst I will not have time to replay every record to check for scratches etc, I did take great care of my records and used quality equipment and so, in relation to the vast majority of the items I list for sale, you should find them in very good if not excellent condition both as regards the vinyl and the sleeves. I will mention any obvious condition issues, normally affecting items that I acquired second hand. I do hope these records give you as much pleasure as they have me.
