This is an original deep groove pressing from 1951.
Personnel is Dexter Gordon, tenor sax; Leo Parker, baritone sax; Tadd Dameron, piano; Curly Russell, bass; Art Blakey, drums.
The condition of the record is VG, there are a few pops and ticks. The cover is in VG condition, here is a crack in the middle of the bottom seams. here is a price written in pencil on the blank back cover. There is a name rubber stamped on the back cover.
This record comes from the collection of Johnny Knapp, a piano player who worked with Billie Holiday and Sarah Vaughan among others. He was friends with Miles Davis and Charlie Parker.
