Original 1959 Doo-Wop/ Early Soul Vocal Group ESSENTIAL Collectors Item! "THE DELLS: Oh, What A Nite"... I love the way the title is spelled...Couldn't get a "gh" in there, no way...

VEE JAY Maroon Label Deep-Groove original Issue #1010... Pretty cherry cover especially, overall... Terrific cover photo and liner notes... With Johnny Funches, Michael McGill, Verne Allison, Charles Barksdale, and Marvin Junior...

Numbers are: "OH WHAT A NITE, TIME MAKES YOU CHANGE, DRY YOUR EYES, BABY PEN UP YOUR HEART, MOVING ON, ZING ZING ZING, WHY DO YOU HAVE TO GO, JO JO, PAIN IN MY HEART, I WANNA GO HOME, DREAMS OF CONTENTMENT, DANCE DANCE DANCE"

Condition of the jacket; EX, Very slight wear, tiny top opening split less than one inch, slight discoloration at top center... Very slight bottom edge bumps. Condition of the vinyl; VG+ or EX-, this LP has been played, there are spindle marks and light wear and scuffs.. But overall pretty darn clean for a teen-age classic! RECOMMENDED!
