This listing is for
" SINATRA - JOBIM SESSIONS ". Reprise Records 34. 024-25
This double album was released in Brazil only in 1979. It is a compilation of the recordings they did together circa 1967-69. Many of these originally appeared on the "Francis Albert Sinatra & Antonio Carlos Jobim"(1967) and "Sinatra and Company's (1971) but several other tunes only appeared on the infamous 1968 Sinatra-Jobim which saw a very limited release in 8 Track only before it was pulled from release making it a holy grail amongst collectors.
Great players like Emuir Deodato, Al Viola, Dom Um Romão playing classics written by Jobim, Chico Buarque, Irving Berlin, Cole Porter, Luis Bonfa, Vinicius de Moraes and others.
The vinyl of both discs are in NM. Fully glossy, rarely played, clean wear free labels. The cover has a few small creases along the spine but otherwise looks great.
