Description
This 1977 German stereo 6LP box set from Deutsche Grammophon (2740 187) is an anthology of all of Franz Schubert's Lieder, performed in full by Dietrich Fischer-Dieskau (baritone) and Gerald Moore (piano). The 30-page booklet within contains album notes in German, English, French, and Italian, written by Werner Oehlmann. Those are followed by the full lyrics in German and English, along with abridged versions in French.
The box's contents are in excellent, near-mint condition. There is a small collection index sticker and brown spot in the upper right corner of the back of the box, as well as a faint stain in the lower right corner and spine (Photo 2).
This is one of many titles from an extensive collection of classical LPs and CDs that we will be listing here. All have been carefully stored for many years, played only on premium equipment, and show little to no wear.
NOTES:
- Album sleeves may have a small index sticker, usually in the upper right corner of the back, which was applied when the album was first purchased for this private collection.
- Please be sure you know the Shipping charge to your address before bidding. See the Shipping and Handling section of this listing for all rates, including international Shipping charges.
