Sleeve:Good / Excellent.
Record: Near Mint.
Laminate is lifting at sleeve opening it also has a tiny peace missing. The opening edge corners have wear. The rear cover has a small Round red sticker in the top right hand corner and the bottom edge of the flip back cover has some damage and is coming apart.
