Description
This rare record is quite clean with no scratches or blemishes on it that I can detect. The album cover is also clean without any discernible defects other than some slight color loss at the top and the bottom and some fraying on bottom spine, evidently due to storage. Otherwise, the spine/sides are intact without any splitting often found in LP's of this vintage. I have owned it for over 20 years, but I have never played it. It does not appear to have been played much prior to my ownership of it--- if at all. I have conservatively listed the record in EX condition as I do not want to over-hype it; however, it could be rated higher by other graders as I am not a professional record dealer, just a collector. (My "Goldmine Record Guide, 3rd Ed. 2003 indicated at that time the book value of this record to be hetween $300.00 to $1,200.00 depending on whether it was VG to NM. Another publication, "Official Price Guide to Records" by Jerry Osborne, 13th Ed. 1999, lists its book value between $750.00 to $$900.00 depending on condition at that time.) My guess is that the quality of this vintage record will be hard to surpass if you are looking for a really nice one, which this LP is.
