CONDITION & DESCRIPTION

A collection of seven cassette tapes, years 1970 - 1976, in the Time Life Solid Gold Soul series.  Cassettes range in condition from VG+ to VG, which is to say light scuffs and hairline scratches on cassettes' exteriors.  The cassettes' lettering looks very good, nearly 100% intact.  Inlays are also in excellent shape, light wear on open edges but otherwise excellent.  Cases have some scuffs and light scratches.  On a whole this is a nice collection, sure to play well and sound great.  Message me with questions.  Thanks for looking.     

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

 

  Item(s) will be packed and shipped within twenty-four hours of payment, except for items purchased on Friday or over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday), which will ship on Monday. This exception is in accordance with eBay’s fulfillment policy.  

 

  Each record is shipped outside of its jacket in a new poly sleeve to keep the jacket from splitting during transport. The record’s original inner sleeve, when available, will be included. The jacket and the record will be placed into a plastic liner together with the jacket in front and the record behind. For protection, the liner containing the jacket and the record is placed between cardboard backers before being packed in a cardboard mailer. 

 

  Cassettes are bubble-wrapped and shipped in a padded mailer. 

 

  USPS Media Mail will be the default shipping option for items shipped within the US. USPS First Class Mail International / First Class Package International Service is the default shipping service for items going out of the US. International shipping will be calculated using eBay’s shipping calculator. Other shipping options may be offered depending on the listing. 

 

  Shipping for multiple items will be consolidated. The more you buy the more you save on shipping. For combined shipping, add the items from our store to your cart and then request an invoice. PAYMENT AND RETURN POLICY

 

  Payment should be received within seven days of the auction’s conclusion. If payment is not received within seven days of the auction conclusion, the item will be offered to the next bidder or reposted.

  Returns are accepted in accordance with eBay’s 30-day Return Policy. 

 

GRADING STANDARDS

 

  A bit about how we grade records. First and foremost, condition assessments are based on the Goldmine Grading Standard unless otherwise stated. Don’t know what the Goldmine Standards are? Use the link. (Goldmine does not recognize EX/excellent condition but eBay does. If a record is graded EX, we are using eBay’s standard for that condition.) It’s our preference to grade records and jackets separately to give the buyer more information. 

 

  Although Goldmine Standards thoroughly explain the characteristics of a record and jacket for each grade M - P, grading is not an exact science, therefore we conservatively grade records. If a record is on the cusp between VG+ and VG, it will be graded VG. Our goal is for someone to open a record and say, “Perfect. This is exactly what I expected.” Or “Wow. This is better than I expected.” 

 

  If you receive a record that doesn’t meet your expectations considering the photos, description and grade provided in the listing, CONTACT US SO THAT WE CAN DISCUSS OPTIONS. Give us a chance to correct for an honest mistake or at the very least figure out why you’re dissatisfied.
