The Sex Pistols
Live At The Electric Ballroom
Abbey Road Acetate LP in custom sleeve
Very rare item, these were cut back in the early 80s with the view to a possible release on Chaos records, who issued the `Mini Album`, an official release.
Only 6 of these discs were cut, all numbered, this is number 3.
I havent played it, but im pretty sure its actually Sid Vicious at the Electric Ballroom, even though its marked up as Sex Pistols?
It is two sided, and comes in a custom yellow Abbey Road sleeve.
Genuine 25+ year old acetate, not something thats been knocked up a few weeks ago.
Condition is Ex/Ex/ you may never see another one of these for sale, so grab it while you can.
Any questions send a message.

On 30-Nov-11 at 04:04:05 GMT, seller added the following information:
Ive been informed by a reliable friend that this Acetate is a recording of Sid Vicious` last performance in England
so even though the cutting room have labelled it Sex Pistols, it is fact a recording of a gig 15.8.78 featuring
Sid Vicious (Sex Pistols) , Glen Matlock (Sex Pistols), Rat Scabies (The Damned) , Steve New ( Rich Kids)
and Nancy Spungeon ( er...) backing vocals (miming apparantey!)
Heres some info on the gig
The Vicious White Kids were a punk rock band from London that formed for one concert on August 15, 1978, at the Electric Ballroom in London. Sex Pistols bassist Sid Vicious was the lead singer. It was his final concert in England, as he died of an overdose the following February.
Vicious was due to fly to New York and needed some funds, so after bumping into ex-Pistol Glen Matlock one day they decided to do a gig together. Matlock, whom Vicious had replaced in the Sex Pistols, saw it is an opportunity "to show there was no animosity" between them, he later commented. Matlock recruited his Rich Kid bandmate Steve New on guitar and The Damned's Rat Scabies completed the line up on drums. Nancy Spungen sang backing vocals but after hearing her at rehearsals, Matlock made sure her microphone was not plugged in on the night of the gig. The name of the band came from an amalgamation of Sid Vicious, The Rich Kids and Rat Scabies' part time outfit The White Cats.
Recordings of the concert, which included covers of Frank Sinatra's "My Way" and The Stooges' "I Wanna Be Your Dog".
