Description
Sex Pistols - Spunk 1977 lp 1st Press!!Blank Records pressed at Lyntone. A chance to bid for a piece of punk rock history.Released just a few days before Never Mind the Bollocks this is the Dave Goodman 1976 Demos and the bands January 77 sessions.Record is in nice enough condition and plays well decent considering most i've seen are pretty trashed.Expect some crackle and the odd light pop mostly on a couple of side 2 tracks. It is most noticeable on the bands banter/intro to Pretty Vacant but there are no jumps and certainly nothing to bother you dear listener. Play loud my fellow punk rocker and you could be there ? Outer white sleeve is in nice condition.Inner sleeve is as it should be for a first edition though it had some writing and storage discolouring..see pics.Labels are fine though there is some slight wear on side 2 where a small sticker has been removed.Matrices are as follows and correct for a 1st press..Matrix / Runout (A side, etched): LYN 4732-111 BLA - 169 - A MAX Matrix / Runout (B side, etched): LYN 4733-111 BLA - 169 - B MAX.I'm informed that the Max mentioned above was the 'plater'. In summary a decent copy of a piece of punk rock history that is hard to find in any condition. Dispatched with Royal Mail 1st Class.Any bidders outside the UK who win please wait for my adjusted invoice. Thanks and good luck ?
