Description
Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band by the Beatles.
Rare 1967 UK first pressing to the best of my knowledge.

Firstly, the record:
Visually very nice. Only a couple of light marks on either side but definitely nothing deep or upsetting. The labels show little sign of spindle wear & are clean & unmarked.
I have play tested this record (no *visual testing only* nonsense) & it sounds great. It's upfront & bright just like the heavyweight sixties stereo pressings should be. The run ins are pretty quiet & there's really not much deterioration in sound at all except a little forgivable crackle on one or two of the quieter passages.
Secondly, the sleeve:
Generally of a decent standard. Clean & unmarked but the spine is slightly chipped so you've got to squint a little to make out the title. Generally showing slight age but the pictures tell a thousand words.
The legendary Peter Blake cut out insert is in superb condition.

In summary- a well looked after copy of a rare collectable at a good starting price. Not a museum piece but a nice item which will gain value & provide much enjoyment.
