Description
Offered here is a brand new, still sealed 4LP box set from Shadowy Men on a Shadowy Planet entitled ‘Oh, I Guess We Were a Fucking Surf Band After All…’ which was released on Record Store Day in 2016 by Yep Roc Records in a limited quantity of 750 copies.
This set contains (from the front hype sticker) the band’s three original albums in luxurious gatefold sleeves with expanded artwork and liner notes. Remastered from Original tapes. Plus a new bonus LP entitled ‘Soft Polished Separates’, which compiles rarities, throwaways and unreleased tracks.
Picked this up from a local record store shortly after April 2016 and have kept it in a large plastic outer sleeve ever since. (And photographed for this listing that way.) There is a store price sticker on the front top left corner , the original hype sticker on the top right front, and - best of all - NO flaws whatsoever to the box itself. This is a pristine copy. How many of these Shadowy Men artifacts are out there still sealed, I wonder.
