Description
This is the 1965 Red Bird Records release of The Shangri-Las LP I Can Never Go Home Anymore. Although it's been said Shangri-Las '65 is rare, this is actually tougher to find as it was a re-packaging of Shangri-Las '65 around the time the title song was coming down the charts. It's also hard to find a clean copy as the deep blue/purple ink on the cover was prone to wear very easily. The cover is graded a Strong VG+ to a "possible" VG++ and graded this way as there is some light wear but not too much to the dark front cover background. It should also be noted that on the top left side there is a staple hole from where the original price sticker was attached. The record also comes in as a Strong VG+ to a "possible" VG++. It should be noted that this release and also the originals when it was called/titled "Shangri-Las '65" were both pressed on Styrene.
