Important information, must read:
Customers outside of European Union may (depends of the threshold in your country) have to pay import fees upon delivery, it's not part of the sale and it will be at the charge of the customer. If you are using a parcel locker service please make sure they can handle deliveries that require a signature because that's the case here if you pick "Colissimo International" option. I only send items to your PayPal address and since you can't change it once order is confirmed please make sure everything is 100% accurate (PayPal seller's protection policy). Due to the virus please understand that additional delay may occur. I don't ship to forwarding services and i will cancel any order using that kind of address, had too many problems in the past, sorry.
Only applies to pre orders:
I take great great care of all items i sell but i can't be held responsible of minor damages caused by poor packaging on supplier's side. Obviously in case of great damages i will send you pictures before shipping and if you don't like what you see i will try to get a replacement and if it's not possible i will issue a full refund. While i have already been charged and my pre order confirmed sometimes suppliers accept too many orders and will cancel my item, it's very rare but it can happen. All informations provided may change before release date.
Sealed/New items that are opened can't be returned *Usually delivery takes 5 to 8 BUSINESS days (depending of your country) AFTER carrier got your parcel. These are numbers given by my carrier but they have no legal obligation to respect these, it's just for information.
