Description

One of the holy grails of picture sleeves. This is the original 45 single of "Johnny Angel" with the B-side "Where's It Gonna Get Me?". White label radio station promo from KSFD.
Sleeve:
If this were a common sleeve I'd grade it fair. Considering the scarcity of the sleeve I'd grade it good. The first six photos posted are of the front of the sleeve, the next three are of the back. The front and back of the sleeve are identical. Both sides have a stamp on the upper right corner that reads "Property of KSFD". There are no other stamps, marks or labels. Moderate to heavy chipping and wrinkling at the mouth, especially on the back side of the sleeve. There are also a few light to moderate crease marks on each corner as well as the center. But the graphics are in good condition with very little fading. There is a 2" split at the bottom of the sleeve. No stains, odors or moisture damage.
The record itself is graded fair but a good cleaning would upgrade that significantly. The downgrade is due mostly to a lot of fingerprints and dust. There are no deep scratches, just light abrasions. Side A has two previous owner's old address labels attached. I'm confident that trying to remove them would damage the label. Side B has only "KSFD" written on the left side, otherwise excellent. The record is shown in photos 10-12.
