Shoot Out The Lights - Richard and Linda Thompson (1982) Hannibal Records - Vinyl LP
The vinyl is in excellent condition with no visible surface marks or scratches. The sleeve is in very good condition - with some minor 'crumpling' at the corners. The spine looks great - it has one small mark at the top but the overall quality of the spine is excellent. The inner sleeve is bespoke. This has aged but is completely intact (see images).
Musically, this takes some beating from the whole RT (& LT) catalogue. You get Linda Thompson's voice at its absolute best and Richard Thompson's guitar at its best too - as on the title track - plus an edge to the whole album that speaks of the personal strife the couple were experiencing at the time. It's a superb record.
I have sold many LPs on eBay. I package them very carefully, charging P&P at cost. I would never knowingly mislead with my descriptions but should any problem arise, please tell me and I am sure that we will be able to resolve it. I will offer a full refund should any buyer be really unhappy – but this has not happened to date and my feedback is excellent.
