Description

This RARE is a classic Sid Vicious collector record. I have never seen another copy other than this one. Its titled "Battle of the Rockers" Sid Vicious Vs. Eddie Cochrane ( the LP cover is set like a "tale of the tape" like a boxing match) both died at nearly the same age - 21 Sid born on the UK dies in the USA, Eddie born in the USA died in the UK etc....The songs alternate between Sid & Eddie. Side A or (Round One on the record): C'Mon Everybody - Eddie Cochrane; Something Else - Sid; Cut Across Shorty - Eddie Cochrane; My Way - Sid ----- Side B or (Round Two on the record) Summertime Blues-Eddie Cochrane; C'Mon Everybody Sid; Weekend -Eddie Cochrane; Search & Destroy - Sid. This was made in England. This record is in excellent condition & awesome, there is a slight peel / nick on the bottom right corner but is not very noticeable & a small crease on the front but unless you looking for them both are barley noticeable. Its been safely protected under lock my vinyl collection bunker / vault since 1991 when I bought it & I take care of my vinyl.
