4 Signatures in black and silver on cover along with a crude drawing of a celtic headstone in silver.
Extremely Rare Misprint - Center label has A4 listed as 'E 5150', A5 as 'Mob Brules' and B2 as 'Slippin Away'
Side A label has writing credits as 'Bulter/Dio/Iommi'

Centre Id Marks are -
