Description
This is the original pressing of The Art Ensemble of Chicago “Fanfare for the Warriors” on Atlantic SD1651. Side 1 has two inaudible hairlines and an audible needle drop close at the beginning of track 3; Side 2 has an inaudible scuff; otherwise, the playing surface is in excellent condition; probably played once. The cover is bright and clean throughout; rubbing at the spine and opening on the bottom edge; the back is signed by members of the band: “Raffee, Peace and Power, Joseph Jarman”, “Don Moye”, “Roscoe Mitchell”, and “Lester Bowie”. Illustrated inner sleeve is included.
