Description
This album was signed for me by Billy Ocean at Battery Studios in London in the 80s where it was recorded so has a story attached to it!
It includes new versions of Caribbean queen,Loverboy, Syncopation and Dancefloor and is in original sleeve and cover both of these being in good condition although some discoloration and fading due to age. The record itself appears in excellent condition.
I never met him but a friend of mine was working at the studio and got this record signed for me to give to me as a present - I think for my birthday if I remember correctly!
Having kept it as a memento for many years of that iconic time I now feel its time to let it go to a new home.
Markings on 'dead wax' (runout groove) are as follows:-
