Description
This sale is for the LP Simon & Garfunkel Sounds of Silence. This is a 1st pressing, 360 Sound Stereo. The original acoustic versions of the title track was recorded in March 1964. Over-dubs of an electric guitar and drums were added to the title track in July 1965, which was then released as a single in September 1965. Most of the remaining tracks were written and recorded by Paul when he was in England in 1964 and 1965. The LP was released in January 1966.
I am an audiophile and record collector of over 50 years. The vinyl is mint, unmarked and flawless. It looks mint and plays mint. The jacket is VG+ due to shelf wear and slight ring wear. There are no tears or seam splits. See the photos.
Shipping is $7.00 within the lower 48 states of the U.S. I use only new cardboard mailers with cardboard stiffeners to prevent damage in transit. I will ship worldwide but shipping outside the U.S. can vary significantly so contact me regarding shipping if you are located outside the U.S.
