CONDITION EXTRA ### CLASSIC SIMPLE MINDS ALBUM complete with inner & fan club insert!!! ### The Vinyl Record is described as Excellent+++ in condition. Very few signs of play with only a few barely visible hairlines, sleeve buffs & sleeve marks on each side of the record, none of which are feelable. The Cover is described as Excellent & is structurally sound with no seam splits. A little paper separation to the top right corner. Small dot stain to the top left corner. Light ring wear & scuffs on the surfaces. A few fine cracks along the spine. Light general wear to the corners/edges. Original price sticker on rear top left corner. Slight creasing to the corners. The Inner Sleeve is intact with some light foxing spots on both sides. It is in Excellent condition. The Fan Club Insert is clean & intact.
