Sisterhood ORIG DUT LP Gift EX ’86 Merciful Release SIS002 Goth rock
Original Dutch LP released in 1986 on merciful Release Records. Cat: SIS020.Put out by as a spoiler to prevent ex Sisters guitarist and future Mission-ary Wayne Hussey trading under the Sisterhood name Gift is far better than anyone had any right to expect, especially considering how quickly it was presumably put together. Drafting in a bunch of like-minded mates including Lucas Fox, James Ray, Alan Vega and future Sister Patricia Morrison this is almost a dry-run for Floodland - one of the best albums of the 80s - albeit not quite as epic in scope.
Tracks : Jihad / Colours / Giving Ground / Finland Red, Egypt White / Rain From Heaven.
There are some light spindle marks on labels. Record has some light scuff marks that cause some light crackles and is in Excellent condition. Cover has some ringwear and tiny surface tears around edges and is in VG+ condition.

Wrapping method: All records are sent in stiff cardboard mailers then wrapped in brown paper and sealed around edges with brown packaging tape. Records are taken out of sleeve to avoid seam splits and ring wear.
