No barcode or serial number on the rear of the sleeve - the Canadian maple leaf national symbol is at the top left corner
Also comes with 4 inserts: a copy of the original Gustave Dore artwork used for the record cover, a flyer for the release of the single, a Merciful release biography, and a still from the video!?
Vinyl is unmarked and appears to be in near MINT condition.
