Description

‘60’s At The Beeb Part 1’ radio only Lp box Set issued to major radio stations in The United States in 1987 by Westwood One. Condition of the records are hardly ever played near mint condition. I played all seven records on my Thornes td 320 turntable & the records sound amazing in fantastic mono & stereo sound.   These recording are all ‘live in the studio’  by the greatest Performing rock groups on the 1960’s. The B.B.C. only included bands that could perform there songs all by themselves. You may have heard The Beatles perform live at The B.B.C in the 1960’s but you have not heard the other great British Invasion groups that could really perform live in the studio until you hear these recordings. The Yardbirds, The Rolling Stones, The Animals, The Who, Kinks & others were really in top form at this time in the mid 1960’s. These performances are all from the vaults of The B.B.C. The records are protected by the original 1987 shipping box from Westwood One & even have the original cue sheets. The original radio commercials from 1987 are in the recordings with even Ringo Starr doing commercials for Sun Country wine collars.Shipped double boxed for protection through shipment with USPS Priority  Mail. Thanks Frank
