Description
Here is a an original, Def Jam pressing of Slayer's classic Reign In Blood. This piece is out of my personal collection.
Vinyl- VG+ Vinyl is in gread condtion. Has a great gloss, no scratches, plays extremly clean. If you hold up to the light just right you can see a few marks. These are not full blown scuffs. They are the kind of marks you get when pullling a lp in and out of a paper sleeve over the years. I wasn't the first owner of this lp so it was not kept in a poly sleeve until I got it a few years ago. Overall a really great copy.
Cover (VG- VG+) Cover is in really good shape overall. It is still in shrink though the shrink is open in a few places. It still has "Warning" sticker on it. As you can see in photo 4 there is a small cut out on the upper left corner (about 1 cm long ) and an open in the shrink on the upper right (see photo 3). One or two minor creases, but again overall a very solid copy.
Insert- VG Orginal paper Def Jam insert is included. Does have a crinckle on one corner. Even though the rest is nice and flat there is splitting on the seams of the insert.
Overall this is a very nice and rare original copy of what is considered by many to be the greatest thrash album of all time. I tried to give as much detail as possible, but I understand how we can be as collectors lol...so please send me any questions you may have about the lp.
