CONDITION

*  Vinyl grades at EXC / VERY GOOD PLUS. Some minor hairlines evident on close inspection. NO SCRATCHES - NO SKIPS. Vinyl plays through beautifully and sounds fantastic. Some slight crackles here n there typical of records of this vintage - nothing which affects play. Some light spindle wear. 

*  No needle marks on inner label. No tears on label. Initials D.L.A. written on side 2 above catalogue number imprint. Inner label is the original Decca "unboxed" logo. (see photos)

*  Album cover grades at VERY GOOD. Front laminate excellent. Laminated with clarifoil. A couple of slight, very minor bubbles just to the left of Kenney Jones' suit lapel. Sleeve has no signs of tears or foreign marks. Back of sleeve has evident ring-wear due to storage. 

*  Original inner sleeve intact - Excellent condition. See photos.

*  Spine text excellent. All text very clear and clean. 

From The Beginning is a compilation album put together by Don Arden and released by Decca Records in June, 1967 after the group had left the label to sign with Andrew Loog Oldham's Immediate label. The collection includes #1 British single 'All Or Nothing' as well as hits 'My Minds Eye', 'Hey Girl', 'Sha La La La Lee', 'What'cha Gonna Do About It' interspersed with unissued demos and choice cover versions.
