1967 UK 1st *MONO* PRESSING LP


This *NEAR MINT* 1967 1st UK MONO pressing is on the unboxed red & silver Decca label: LK 4879

Housed in a front laminated 'Clout & Baker' printed mono cover.

Complete with its original printed poly-lined inner-sleeve.


Matrix numbers: XARL-7881-5B & XARL-7882-9A

Stamper codes: 1/BC & 1/U

Disc weight: 153g

As perfect a set as you can ever hope to find with just one tiny spindle marks to the side 2 centre hole only.

Visual: NEAR MINT

Both sides of this incredible copy are MINT & 'shop-new' in strong daylight with absolutely no surface marks or wear whatsoever. Close examination directly beneath my halogen desk lamp reveals nothing more than a sparkling rainbow gloss and a few wispy inner-sleeve removal marks. This disc really does look like it was pressed yesterday.

Play: NEAR MINT

Certainly played no more than twice, all tracks play perfectly with no traces of wear on, or between the spectacular music. You won't find a cleaner or better sounding copy.

Cover

EXCELLENT

This superb example retains a superb high-gloss front panel laminate with just a touch of storagewear but no creasing or even any 'thumbnails'. There is some minor bruising to 3 corners but both opening edges are undamaged. The rear panel has a touch of ringwear from storage but no other blemishes or damage. Both seams are smooth & unstressed and the spine is clean, square and undamaged.
