Description
Up for sale is a 1st UK stereo pressing of the Small Faces psychedelic masterpiece, Ogdens Nut Gone Flake. The the LP has the original Immediate Records lilac labels and is in EX condition with some light surface noise between grooves and at run in groove on both sides. It does not distract from the great music and it not audible when music is playing except in quiet passages. The five-fold round Garrod and Lofthouse cover is in immaculate condition with no wear or folds. Each panel is held together by a thin stip of cardboard. All of these seams are in great condition. The original clear rounded anti static inner sleeve is included which is also in superb condition. Matrix numbers are IMSP 012 1Y 2 (9 o'clock position) O (3 o'clock position) and IMSP 012 2Y 2 (9 o'clock position) and P (3 o'clock position). It appears a previous owner had pinned the cover to a wall at the top of the cover. This is barely noticeable and the only flaw.
This is a superb example of a UK 1st pressing in amazing condition.
