Description
Small Faces, Ogdens Nut Gone, Orig UK Immediate Lilac Mono LP, EX+/EX 1st Press!
Description
Original UK Immediate lilac label mono 1st press LP, with the earliest 1-L 2-L matrices and 'KT' tax code stamp and 'UK Patent...21639/68' text on the cover! The Garrod & Lofthouse matt circular foldout sleeve is intact & in EX+ condition, with some very light rubbing & a couple of small marks on the front cover, with complete hinges and all panels firmly attached. The spine is intact and fully readable, the polythene inner is intact & in VG+ condition. The record is in visually in EX condition, with a few very faint sleeve removal hairlines and one or two small needle marks visible under bright light. The labels are in EX condition, clean & bright with evidence of a few spindle markings. The sound reproduction is EX, still clear & precise throughout with no loud pops, hiss or crackle & definately no skips, sticks or jumps, but there is some low background noise during the run in grooves and in a couple of the quieter spoken word passages, overall a really great loud and punchy listen! The matrix nos. are; IMLP-012-1L, stamper 1-L, IMLP-012-2L stamper 1-P. This is one of the very earliest copies of the 1st pressing of the original 1968 UK mono 1st issue of this album!!
