It comes in an intact 5 part circular sleeve.
The catalogue number is IML1001 with A1/B1matrix numbers.
The disc is VG, some superficial surface marks, plays with crackle mainly heard in quiter parts.
The cover is VG+, light agewear. Nice cover.
