Smart Went Crazy -Con Art 1997 Dischord Records LP, Out of Print. 

Plays VG+ to EX, with light surface noise in spots. There are a few tics/pops during the guitar feedback section at the end of "A Brief Conversation Ending In Divorce." There is a seam split on the spine of the sleeve, which could probably be glued. Insert included.
