I've listened to this album only twice. I'm the original owner. It's a beautiful gatefold triple LP!

Everything is included and is in the condition it was when it was new. Having said that, the album cover was not perfect when it arrived, but they never are, even when they're sealed!  :(  You'll notice a small fold line on one corner, and a two inch tear on the underside (when standing on edge). Both of these maladies are on the back cover. That's all for the imperfections. Everything else is perfect.
