GRADE & DESCRIPTION (COVER): VG++ almost NM. Extremely minor corner wear. One very small mark near bottom of front sleeve that looks like it may be minor ring wear. The front cover number at lower right looks like is is hand written with a ball point pen, but it may have just been traced over with pen.
GRADE & DESCRIPTION (RECORD): All sides VG++ almost NM or NM. The VG++ sides have extremely light surface marks.
ADDITIONAL NOTES: Has original insert in NM condition.
