Artist: Sonic Youth Title: Goo Label: Anadisc 200 (Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab) Number: MFSL 1-257 Vinyl Grade: M- Cover Grade: VG++ Comments: This is a beautiful audiophile copy of the classic Sonic Youth album. I doubt if this was played more than once or twice. Super high quality Original Master Recording release in 180g (maybe more) vinyl and heavy duty card stock. This one is number 0541 as you can see in the picture. The vinyl is immaculate. The cover has some minor scuffing that is only apparent if you look for it Two of the corners are a little dinged but again barely visible. Absolutely beautiful copy.
Record Grading Guide
My grading criteria is based on the Goldmine standard, and as much as possible, I try to play grade the records and soffer detailed descriptions of all defects and the subjective listening experience.
M Unused grade. Still sealed records will be given a grade of SS. M- Probably unplayed. Vinyl will appear as when it was first opened and there will be no factory defects. If the record has been played it will do so without surface noise. Covers will be clean without any sign of scuffing, ring wear, marks or seam splits. VG+ Vinyl may contain light scuffing, surface scratches or slight warping. None of these defects will affect the listening experience. There may be minor, but insignificant wear on the label. There may be a little surface noise between tracks and in quiet parts, but you have to specifically listen for it. Covers may show some slight signs of wear: light scuffing, ring wear, seam wear, marking or drill/cut markings. These will be described in the listing. VG Vinyl may contain several scuffs or scratches, and may have lost some gloss. There may be surface noise in the transition between tracks or in quiet passages. This noise will never overpower the music. There may be marks or signs of wear on the label. All in all it will still be a great playable record and a satisfying listening experience. Covers may have significant scuffs, ring wear, seam wear or splits, marking or other imperfections. G Vinyl will play with significant surface noise or distortion due to groove wear, but the record will play without skipping. Labels may contain significant defects and signs of wear. Covers will have pronounced wear, damage or markings. +/- An extra plus or minus may be used as a subjective indicator of where the record falls in the basic grade.Abbreviations:

Shipping
Shipping includes basic $100 insurance from Canada Post. Other shipping and insurance upgrades may be available.--by default, I use air mail for orders to the USA and surface mail for International customers (due to the additional weight of an LP versus a 45). Canada Post says 4 to 6 weeks for surface. Air will be 6 to 10 business days, but will cost twice as much. I will gladly combine shipping on multiple items. Local pickup is available without charge, otherwise please note that I only accept paypal.
Any packages being shipped with a total value of more than $250 will require a tracking number. Unfortunately this will increase the cost considerably to destinations outside of Canada or the USA. Please ask for a quote, but it generally runs in the $40-50 range to Western Europe.
Due to problems with packages getting lost when shipping to Italy, all shipments to Italy with a total value of $50 or more will require a tracking number which will cost somewhere in the $40-50 range. Sorry, but I'm not the only one that has lost records and money from undelivered packages to Italy.
