This is a near mint 45 rpm record : Side one is an extended play with 2 cuts including: "Mailman, Mailman" by Sonny Boy Williamson" and "Mary Ellen" by Harmonica Slim.  Side two is: "For Sentimental Reasons"  (A great version of the old Sam Cooke song) by Budd Johnson Orch. with the Voices Five.
This record was very popular with the Carolina Beach Music folks.
