Description

Description: A six-LP box set of the recordings of Sonny Boy Williamson II ("Rice" Miller). The recordings are from Chess Records and cover the period from 1955-1964. The box set comes with a 16 pp, LP-six booklet. 10 pp are a biography by Neil Slaven which is illustrated with many photos from the collection of Mike Rowe & Bill Greensmith. A discography by Leslie Fancourt.

Date: Publisher: Condition: This box set is NM. It was bought new (I think) by me. The original paper record sleeves were replaced by audiophile rice paper sleeves such as discwasher made. The only flaw is some light wear and soiling to the back cover of the box.
