US 1st pressing Mono lp released on Blue Note 1588 new york address DG RVG Ear carved in both sides of dead wax double sided deep groove.

Condition: Record is VG with some non feel-able surface marks, very clean, Cover VG+ with very minor shelf wear, has original inner sleeve in excellent condition. Labels clean with a few faint spindle trails

All records cleaned on a vpi 16.5 as needed. All records shipped outside of cover to prevent damage.
