Description

This is the RVG-stamped deep-groove "P"-pressing of Sonny Clark "Sonny's Crib" on the West 63rd St. labels of Blue Note 1576 (no Inc. or R). The playing surface is in near-new condition; perhaps played once. There is a slight smudge on Side 1 label. The laminated cover has the West 63rd St., New York 23 address and is in extraordinary condition, with perfect seams and sharp corners; very slight foxing on the back slick. Personnel includes John Coltrane, Donald Byrd, Curtis Fuller, and Paul Chambers.
