Description

This is the original RVG-stamped “P”-pressing of Sonny Clark “Leapin’ and Lopin’” on the New York labels of Blue Note BLP 4091. (There is no deep-groove pressing of BLP 4091) The playing surface is immaculate, with a high luster; perhaps played once. The laminated cover has the New York 23 address: bright and clean throughout; “Review Copy” stamped at the upper left corner of the back slick; pencil erasures on the back, next to the tune titles and in the upper left corner; slight dings as the corners. Original illustrated Blue Note inner sleeve is included.
