51 Hancock – Detroit – Michigan - 48201
Artist: Sonny Rollins
Title: Volume 2
Label: Blue Note BLP 1558
Grade: Vinyl is a G+
Additional Comments: Blue Note Records 47 West 63rd NYC Microgroove Label. VERY odd sleeve misprint on this original Sonny Rollins LP. The front is correct, however, the back is for the Art Blakey LP “Orgy in Rhythm”. The two LP’s were very close in time, with the Art being a Blue Note 1554. Sleeve is in relatively good condition, no splits, nice shine to cover. Vinyl is marked up and plays with heavy surface noise, track can still be heard though.
