Description

Sonny Rollins (with Wade Legge, Max Roach, George Morrow, Kenny Dorham) PLAYS FOR BIRD Prestige 7095, recorded 1957. Deep groove, black-on-yellow label.  Bergenfield Address on disc label; jacket has 447 West 50th Street. Glossy laminated jacket is fabulously perfect:  M-. Disc looks NM and plays NM.  One small slobber spot in B-2 is the only thing that sounds (for about 11 revolutions), and it can surely be cleaned away.

Fourth offering from the vast, very special collection of an international avant-garde LP maven, to be offered across the coming year.
