Sonny Rollins - Quartet - Prestige PRLP 7029, mono, 1956.  Deep groove, 446 W. 50th address on labels, RVG etchings.  

Vinyl is G+    Many light hairlines, numerous feelable marks.  Labels look VG+.

Sleeve is G+    2” split at top right/2” split at top left, paper chipping at edges/piece of tape at each edge, pinholes at corners, puncture/tear through center, writing on back.
