Description
A night at the "Village Vanguard" blue note 1581. Sonny Rollins. Record label has 47 West 63rd NYC address. RVG, Ear, in dead wax. Vinyl is still black and glossy and appears to have been played very little, but has been handled a little roughly. A couple of very long but light scuffs across the record. (these scuffs are not deep enough to produce any noise). I listened to the whole album. Side one has some just audible ticks scattered thru, maybe one every 45 seconds or so(nothing loud or too distracting) Side 2 has some static for the first few seconds, (where the needle dropped I presume), then played flawlessly all the way thru, with no background noise whatsoever. Grade for vinyl sound is very good. The inner sleeve has tanned. The cover has some minor age spotting on the rear. (see pics) and the cover has minor wear at the corners, otherwise very good.
