Description

This is the original deep-groove RVG-etched pressing of Sonny Rollins “Tenor Madness” on the yellow and black West 50th Street labels of Prestige PRLP 7047. Other than two inaudible handling marks – on Side A and at the beginning of Side B – the playing surface is in beautiful condition, with a high luster. The laminated West 50th Street cover is bright and clean throughout; four small pen marks at the bottom right corner of the back slick; ½” wear on the bottom seam, at the opening. Personnel include John Coltrane, Red Garland, Paul Chambers, and “Philly” Joe Jones. WE NOW ACCEPT PAYPAL.
